Today Alexis brought her Opa, Oma and her mother to school for Discovery Time. We watched Alexis and her Opa sing a Dutch song. Alexis did a solo. Then Opa taught us an action song. We looked at their costumes and asked lots of rich questions. Opa showed us photos and special things from Holland. We made windmills. Some of us learned the new song on the keyboard. The song is very catchy.
We also had interesting space creations being made. It was a very busy afternoon.
After we cleaned up we ate the yummy biscuits Oma made. Thank you Dick, Trish, Lisa and Ruth for giving us such a fun afternoon.Learning about Holland. on PhotoPeach
